Williams Hall is equipped with three Bright Signs (Digitial Information Boards) located within the Roemmele Global Commons area. Approved advertisements will appear on all three displays.

Files Format
* All files need to be in a JPG format. No others formats are accepted, no exceptions.
* All files need to be in a landscape format. Portrait formats are not accepted, no exceptions.
* Images should be 1920 w x 900 h in pixels
All postings will be reviewed and posted at the discretion of Williams Hall management staff.
